Pakpour Consulting Group currently serves as Contract District Engineer for three special districts and as-needed City Engineer for various agencies throughout the Bay Area. Our staff serves as a resource to the general managers, city managers, council members and board members. We meet on a regular basis with developers working within the agencies to inform them of new standards and status of plan reviews. We work exclusively with public agencies and the majority of our staff has worked in some capacity for public agencies, making us uniquely qualified to understand the requirements, challenges and program objectives of municipalities. As District Engineer, Pakpour Consulting Group develops and maintains the District’s standard plans and specifications.

Our staff works closely with General Managers and Public Works Directors and their staff in providing recommendations on all components of their capital needs. Once projects are identified, PCG prepares plans, specifications, and cost estimates and assists the agencies during the bidding and construction phases. A sampling of projects includes street rehabilitation, new storm drain, new pump stations, replacement of deteriorating water and sewer mains, and new storage facilities. PCG also reviews subdivision and residential developments for conformance with agency standard plans. Our staff also serves as a resource to the General Managers and Public Works Directors and meets on a regular basis with developers working within the agency to inform them of new District standards and status of plan reviews.
