Sirine joined Pakpour Consulting Group as an Assistant Engineer after completing her master’s degree in environmental and civil engineering at UC Berkeley and spending a year working on sewer system improvement projects. Originally from France, she completed her engineering degree in Construction before moving to California to deepen her focus on sustainable infrastructure. She brings a unique global perspective to every project and is passionate about designing sustainable systems that improve communities’ access to clean and reliable water.

She works closely with William Lai, Brandon Laurie, and Hamed Khatibi on a range of projects including construction inspection and administration, water and sewer capital improvement projects, and hydraulic modeling. She is actively working toward obtaining her PE license and growing into her role as an Assistant Engineer, learning something new each day. She is grateful to work with a team that prioritizes quality and encourages professional growth.

Outside of work, she loves staying active—whether that’s running, hitting the gym, or rock climbing, which she recently started and quickly got hooked on. She enjoys spending time around the Bay Area with her friends, her boyfriend, and his family. A self-proclaimed food lover, she’ll never say no to a good meal.

At home, she has a sweet 2-year-old cat (and is constantly resisting the urge to adopt more). When asked what she enjoys about working at Pakpour Consulting Group, she said, “the sense of community, support, and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that make a real impact.”
