Phil has nearly 40 years of professional experience in the design, review, rehabilitation, and construction supervision of water related projects. These include potable water supply systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage systems, and pump stations as well as treatment plants for water and wastewater. He has assisted public agencies, private water companies, developers, and industrial and commercial companies with their various water-related needs.
