Administration, Design and Construction Management of Federally Funded Transportation Projects - City of Benicia, CA
Pakpour Consulting Group assists the City of Benicia in administrating, designing and providing construction management for a majority of its federally funded transportation projects. We have assisted the City of Benicia on federally funded projects since 2002. Pakpour Consulting Group prepares and administers all aspects of the federal aid process, including coordination with Caltrans, preparation of the plans, specifications and cost estimate in conformance with Caltrans standards along with all forms and invoices. Federally funded projects completed by Pakpour Consulting Group for the City of Benicia include:
- East H Street Overlay Project. Placement of approximately 1,000 tons of AC (2” overlay) and 1,500 sq ft of pavement repairs.
- East 5th Street Overlay Project. Placement of approximately 750 tons of AC (2” overlay) and 2,500 sq ft of pavement repairs.
- Military East Overlay Project. Placement of approximately 745 tons of AC (2” overlay) and 2,700 sq ft of pavement repairs.
- East 2nd Street Overlay Project. Placement of approximately 900 tons of AC (2” overlay) and 6,000 sq ft of pavement repairs.
- West K Street Overlay Project. Placement of approximately 2,500 tons of AC (2” overlay) and 8,000 sq of pavement repairs.
- Mills School Safe Route to School Project. Construction of approximately 5,500 sq ft of new sidewalks, curb ramps and driveway conforms.
- Southampton Bus Stop Relocation and Sidewalk Project. Construction of 2,000 sq ft of new sidewalk, new retaining wall system, four curb ramps, reconfiguration of signal light and stripping.
- Columbus Parkway Overlay Project. Placement of approximately 1,100 tons of AC (2” overlay) and 15,000 sq ft of pavement repairs.
